Thu 05 May until Sun 19 June 2022 (18:00-21:30)
rile* is pleased to welcome you to LINE, an exhibition of in situ drawings and poems by Vava Dudu.
Vava Dudu's work deals with poetry and has a personal post-cubist approach to drawing. She writes and draws on a wide array of material supports, her practice is one of expanded publishing; through clothing, painting and performance. The language of Dudu's work presents a completely developed chart of recurrent signs: fingers surrounded by long breasts, hearts and crying faces with widely open mouths. Her work is a candid song for contemporary urban life, in its poetics and energy.
